Bailing out

It’s all true, I remember wandering around the ship looking for a darkened corner and hearing all the other giggling mid-life 40-year-old married couples bored with their sex lives, trying the find a darkened room too! Pathetic, the lot of them. Still, I’m not one to turn down an opportunity when it arises and was only too happy to play along with the wife, but damnit if at the climatic moment, shall we say, she gets the jitters, rather then the shudders, because she hears approaching feet, you get me, and pulls away leaving me all adrift, without a paddle, bailing out, as it were all over a glass topped display of the battle of jutland, or something…think I sunk a battleship.
Any-hoo, enough nonsense…what have I been up too?…ah yes, home improvement, not content with me putting up a garden shed, the turn-off also wanted a new kitchen and who can blame her…so I’ve knocked her up one. Check it.

I went to a mates 40th birthday party at the weekend, on HMS Belfast! - I took the opportunity do join the Thames club with the Ware turn-off - talk about seamen on the deck as we were interupted at a crucial moment - scared the bejesus out of us I tell ya. A-hoy!! Posted by Picasa

Take a good look at my old sheds; I spent the entire weekend, smashing them into bits, small enough to go into the boot of my car, to be driven to the dump. And building a brand spanking new one! One of two I'll be erecting (oooo-errr) over the next few days...energy, that's all it takes and I got bags of the stuff...Posted by Picasa
